  • Return & Exchange is allowed provided the following conditions are maintained.
    • Items are in working condition
    • Items are free from any scratch
    • Items are un-used
    • Items should be in original packaging
  • Return & Exchange will take 5 to 10 Business Days from receiving the return & exchange request. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email.

  • We will process the refund upon receipt of the returned items in our warehouse.
  • Refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
  • Any eligible refund will be initiated by ABC within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of request for refund. However, it will be credited to Customer’s Bank (Credit Card) within such time as taken by banking channels to process the refund transaction.

If the order is cancelled before being dispatched in our warehouse, there will be no fee and payment will be processed according to the refund policy.

If the order is cancelled after being dispatched, a fee of AED 350 will be applicable per order.
